Place an Order for any type of Commision work

Custom one of a kind projects are our bread and butter; it's what we get excited about every day when we enter our shop. It is what helps push ourselves as artists and craftsmen. Bringing a piece of our own to life is always fun, but there is something even more rewarding about bringing to life someone else's dream and experiencing their happiness and satisfaction when its completed and held in their hands. We put no limits on what we are willing to try our hands at, so acceptable projects are not merely limited to the past work seen throughout our site! Think big, we love a challenge!

How to commision a project:

Email us directly at: MadDwarfWorkshop@gmail.com or call us at: 765 702-4876. Describe in as much detail as possible the project you have in mind. The more details the better. We strongly ask for visual refrences, a simple sketch of your own is the #1 most helpful tool for us to see your vision, and you dont have to be any sort of artist! Even rough drawings are extremely helpful.

Once we read your description and see your sketch, we are then able to decide whether or not it's a project we would want to take on. We'll give you a rough estimate quote as to how much it would cost. If the rough price sounds reasonable to you then we move onto brainstorming and refining your design into a reality.

We then take your description and sketch and translate it into a photo realistic photoshop render of what the piece would approximately look like if crafted in our shop. The design is sent to you and tweaked if nescessary.
*** We ask for a non refundable payment of $100 to cover the design fee costs at this point.***

Once the photoshop rendered design is spot on and agreed upon, we will give you an exact reasonable quote for how much the order will cost. Prices are determined by the style, size, complexity, value of materials used, and estimated time it would take to make.

If you agree to that price, we then ask for an upfront down payment of at least 20% the total price. Once the down payment is recieved, we begin work on the actual piece as soon as we reach your order on our waiting list of projects. We will keep you posted on the progress along the way.

Full payment can be sent periodically whenever most convenient for you. The finished product is only shipped to you once the entire payment is recieved by us.

Payments should be made by check or money order. However, under special circumstances if the customer cannot pay otherwise PayPal can be accepted, but the customer must cover the 2.9% transction fee. To get details on the payment options, please email us.

***Once a payment has been sent there are no refunds! Changes to standing orders can be made at our descretion.***
